Boys' Varsity Volleyball Team

2015 Boys’ Volleyball Review

After losing five starters from last year's squad, the boys' volleyball team posted a 29-5 record and returned to the state championship match.  Led by senior Colin McManama, the team came together quickly and rose to a rank of number two in the state by the end of the season.  Behind a young, talented and deep bench, the team beat 17 different opponents, along with winning the Noblesville Tournament.  Following a disappointing loss in the Metro Championships, the team rebounded by cruising through the state tournament to advance to the championship match, where it lost in five sets to finish second.

Juniors Jacob Allard and Matthew White were named to the state All-Tournament team.  Allard, White, along with fellow juniors Elijah Dougherty and Sam Allen were nominated for the state All-Star team.  Allard earned the team's MVP award and Allen won the team's All-Defense award.  Dougherty earned the team's All-Offensive award.
